3. Appointments & Cancellations

- We request a minimum 24-hour notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
- Repeated no-shows may lead to restriction of future bookings.
4. Payments & Refunds
- Payments must be made at the time of service unless otherwise discussed.
- We accept UPI, cards, and cash.
- Advance payments for procedures or packages are non-refundable once treatment has begun.
- In case of overpayment or billing errors, refunds will be processed after verification within 7 working days.
5. Treatment Plans & Results
- All treatment recommendations are made after clinical examination and discussion.
- Outcomes may vary based on individual cases, and no absolute guarantees can be made.
- We do our best to explain procedures, timelines, and costs transparently.
6. Medical Responsibility & Disclosure
- Patients must provide complete and accurate medical history before treatment.
- Failure to disclose existing health conditions, allergies, or medications may affect treatment outcomes and safety.
- The clinic is not responsible for complications arising from undisclosed information.
